Bdt4777 Terms and Conditions – Complete User Agreement

1 General Terms

Bdt4777 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting and gaming platform. By using any service offered by bdt4777, you are confirming your agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

These terms have been prepared in English with Bangladeshi users in mind. However, in the event of a legal dispute, the English version shall prevail. bdt4777 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time and will notify members as early as possible when changes are made.

2 Account Registration

One account per person:

Each individual may only open one account. Any attempt to create multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or ID document will result in all accounts being cancelled and balances may be forfeited.

After registration, you must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. For large withdrawals, a copy of your National ID or passport may be required. This verification process is in place to protect your account and funds.

3 Age & Eligibility

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Rules:

• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name
• Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited

Withdrawal Rules:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile number used for the deposit
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Bdt4777 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own specific terms. By claiming a bonus, you are deemed to have accepted the associated terms and conditions.

Welcome Bonus:

• A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit (up to ৳10,000)
• A minimum wagering (betting turnover) of 10x must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn
• 30 days are given to meet the wagering requirements
• The welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once from the same household or device

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonuses can only be used for betting and cannot be withdrawn directly
• Bonus balance cannot be used to earn cashback or other bonuses
• Bdt4777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time
• Accounts found guilty of bonus abuse may be terminated

6 Betting Rules

There are a few basic rules you must follow when betting on bdt4777. These rules apply equally to all users and are designed to ensure fair betting for everyone.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the Cash Out feature)
• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the bet is voided and the stake is returned
• Bdt4777 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the bet will be reassessed at the correct odds

Live Betting:

• Odds in live betting can change rapidly; always check the latest odds before your bet is confirmed
• Bdt4777 is not liable for any bet delays caused by network issues
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to Live Betting

Parlay & Accumulator Bets:

• Correlated selections from the same event cannot be added to a single parlay
• If one leg of a parlay bet is voided, that leg will be counted as odds of 1.00

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at bdt4777. Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

• Creating or using multiple accounts
• Participating in or having knowledge of match fixing or any form of manipulation
• Using fraudulent payment methods
• Placing bets using software bots or automated methods
• Placing bets using funds belonging to another person
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to steal or hack other users' information
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Bdt4777 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close accounts in the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms & Conditions
• Suspicious or unusual betting activity
• Non-cooperation with KYC verification
• Providing False Information
• Responsible Gaming Support Request

If you wish to close your account, please contact the support team. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours. Any remaining balance will be refunded within 7 business days of closure (excluding bonus balance).

9 Responsible Gaming

12 Terms Changes & Miscellaneous

• If you object to the updated terms, please request to close your account
• If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to apply
